Launch Exchange provides a human-centric training approach to starting
companies that can change the world.
Welcome to phase one of our Social Entrepreneur Sessions. These sessions are events and classes designed to educate and connect budding and existing entrepreneurs to resources critical to their success.
Launch Exchange will now offer Bootcamps which are 5-week courses with weekly meetings and in-the-field workshops. The Bootcamps range in price from an investment of $250 (which works out to only $50 a week), and up.
The Bootcamps are designed to help you build structure and confidence as an entrepreneur. Each class is rooted in design thinking, lean business, and rapid prototyping methodology with a unique focus on mission-driven business concepts.
Why Launch Exchange?
There are a lot of great resources in the metro-Detroit community and you should consider your options carefully as you are making an investment in yourself and your future.
At Launch Exchange, we know that people are more complex than some numbers on a piece of paper. It is important to us to meet our clients where they are at so that everyone receives the unique help they need. And, honestly, we won't succeed if you don't succeed so we measure our value as an extension of your success.
We also know that it takes a village. We offer services that complement others that exist in the community and if you ever wonder whether our service is the right one for you then all you have to do is ask.
Knowing that it takes a village, we carefully construct our Bootcamp sessions to include only 5 entrepreneurs. Those 5 people will grow together and because of one another.
"Test Your Idea" Bootcamp
Who should participate in this Test Your Idea Bootcamp?
Individuals who have never started a business, but have an idea and are contemplating turning it into a business
Individuals who have started a business recently and are still struggling to talk about their business or get customers
Existing entrepreneurs who want to test our new ideas for new businesses or product line
Our goals for participants are that at the end of the 5 weeks they:
can clearly describe how their idea can (or maybe cannot) become a viable business = are more educated and knowledgeable about how their idea can become a business
have tested their idea with potential users/customers = have talked to enough of the right people to get a better sense of what they want/don't want to improve their business idea
understand and can replicate the process of how to organize, assemble, and test ideas = know where to start when they get stuck in the future
have more confidence than when they started = are more comfortable with the uncertainty of starting and operating a business because they have tools to get them through the hard times
Topics that we will cover:
Picking an idea and turning it into a reality
Roadmapping your idea
Validating and testing your idea
Turning your experiences into a story and a future plan
